Background

I finished my Masters in Graphic Design by the end of 2009 and since then I have been providing a wide range of services, nationally and internationally.

In 2013 I came to Vienna and confronted the challenges, in regards to language, culture, architecture and tradition. To me design has never been something that one makes in Adobe programs, but something that is very much influenced by its surroundings. For instance;

Design in London would be a lot different as compared to design in Singapore.

Present

Currently I am settled in Vienna, Austria and have been working professionally for past 6 years. I have done projects with corporations such as United Nations Volunteers, British Council and Metro International. Since 2015, I have been working as a Deputy Head of Marketing, while continuing my freelance work.

To wrap it all up, let me just say,

for me design exists all around us, in our homes, architecture, landscapes, products, movies and more. The world could not function without artists and designers.

"The public is more familiar with bad design than good design. It is, in effect, conditioned to prefer bad design, because that is what it lives with. The new becomes threatening, the old reassuring."

~ Paul Rand, graphic designer
